Shipping and Returns 

  • Contact us via e-mail toughworkwear@shaw.ca or our main store number (204)775-6498
  • E-mail is fastest and we will reply by telephone and/or e-mail, which ever you prefer.
  • No exchange or re-stocking charges will be applied to your account.
  • If we are at fault we will refund your full purchase plus the shipping cost.
  • If you are dissatisfied with the product we must be advised within 14 calendar days and the item must be returned unused and unworn for full refund.
  • All items must be properly packaged for shipping.
  • We will not accept any COD returns or exchanges.
  • Your account will be credited within five (5) business days upon receiving your returned item.
  • Exchanges will be processed within 48 hours, (except holidays and weekends) or if item is not currently available you will be advised with either a phone call or by e-mail.

            USA Delivery: USA Customers qualify for $30.00 flat shipping but are responsible for all custom and duty charges. Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico excluded.

Returns must be sent by domestic US Post mail service. Parcels cannot be returned C.O.D. or with a courier service (i.e. FedEx, UPS etc.).

For U.S. and International returns, mark the parcel as "Canadian Goods Return To Sender" on customs forms. Duties incurred by Tough Workwear  as a result of mislabelling or marking as "gift" will be deducted from the refund or store credit amount.


Tough Workwear will not refund international duties and taxes.

Tough Workwear  will not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of return goods. We will not assume responsibility for reimbursement of parcels without proof of delivery to Tough Workwear 
Tough Workwear  reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with policy.
